For more information or to start receiving meals contact us by phone at 863-257-1780 or submit the form below and a representative will contact you as soon as possible.  The application process takes approximately 10 minutes and requests information such as name, address, phone number, health status, etc. Certain information is required and all application information is kept confidential. Home delivery to clients can usually start the next day or, at most, in two to three days.  Meals on Wheels delivers Monday - Friday, except on Christmas day.
